On Horsehead Lake - Lake Tomahawk, WI



Nestled in some of the most beautiful country in Wisconsin Horsehead Lake is a glacial formed spring fed lake. The lake yields many species of fish, like bass northern pike, with excellent pan fishing for crappie, blue gills perch. This will provide many hours of fun for all.

 

 



here are some pictures of the Lakeside cabin with panoramic view one mile each way 30 feet from the lake from a full length front sunroom 12x30 foot all glass. This sunroom has additional round oak table and chairs for a relaxing evening meal, French doors join from the front master bedroom looking out to the lake. This bedroom catches the early sun to start each day other amenities in the cabin are all new kitchen and appliances with a cozy breakfast area and round oak Amish table and chair set. From the kitchen area through to the lakeside sunroom you'll enjoy the panoramic view. there are three bedrooms with two queen's and one full size bed plus a queen futon and single futon for comfortable sleeping. steping outside thru the patio doors onto the 16x20 foot deck you will be overlooking the lake and lower fire pit next to the lake for and evening of moonlight and stars. Straight out from the deck is a private pier for you to enjoy a relaxing day fishing. This cabin is an early 1900's first built for a boys camp and has been entirely refurbish to new inside and out while paying special attention to keeping the early country cabin charm. all of the electrical, and plumbing has been replaced. This cabin is located right along side of our web site main lodge you see. It is all by it's self with a pier and comes with a 14 ft. boat and 9.9 motor





Fishing, Hunting, Biking, Hiking, Sight Seeing, Horseback Riding, Canoe Trips, Kayaking,
Water Sports, Golf, Snowmobiling, Cross-Country Skiing, Tennis, Bowling, Wildlife Parks are just a few of the many area activities one can enjoy.




Wildlife you may see in the area on a regular basis are Great White Bald Eagles, Black Bears, Beavers, Otters, Whitetail Deer, Loons many other birds or waterfowl. If you are lucky you may also get a glimpse of the elusive wolves in the area.
